Our school offers a trauma-competent program addressing every student’s educational & therapeutic needs

LifeBridge Academy is a private, nonprofit day school serving adolescents who are experiencing behavioral and/or emotional challenges that are best supported in a small, structured environment.

We serve students in grades 6 – 12 as well as offering a GED preparation program. Placement at LifeBridge is temporary with the goal of successfully transitioning students back to their home school.

Goals & Objectives

The goals and objectives of LifeBridge Academy are to:

  • Provide each student with the support needed to maintain academic progress

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of each student

  • Partner and collaborate with each Local Education Agency to deliver a smooth continuity of services at enrollment and discharge from LifeBridge Academy

  • Provide the necessary coursework and instruction to ensure academic credit towards graduation or GED attainment.

  • Prepare each student to successfully transition back to their home school.
